How to play Fan Favourites

The opposite of Pointless. Three football questions a day, like players who played for Liverpool and Newcastle, or Brazilians who played for Schalke. Give three answers to each. The more famous the answer, the more it scores: the name everyone thinks of first scores 100, the one-season squad player scores almost nothing, and a wrong answer scores nothing.

Nine answers, up to 900 points. Score 450 or more to keep your streak. After each question you see the crowd's favourites. Mondays are the easiest, Saturdays the hardest.

How popularity is scored

At launch, popularity comes from how well known each player is: top-flight and European appearances from Transfermarkt. Once 30 people have answered a question, the score switches to what everyone actually said. The most given answer scores 100 and the rest score in proportion.
